Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International Expands in Pittsburgh


Pittsburgh, PA: January 28, 2014 – James E. Klements, SIOR, CPA and a principal with Cleveland-based Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International (WWM) announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has opened a Pittsburgh office and named Kevin J. Riley, CCIM, as the primary point-of-contact for its Western and Central Pennsylvania operations.

WWM will serve Pittsburgh and regional companies in a brokerage and corporate services capacity specializing in office and industrial leasing and sales, primarily representing tenants in the market and corporate headquarters. The company’s office will be located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh.

“We’re excited to have a physical presence in Pittsburgh, which is arguably one of the most dynamic cities in the Midwest today,” said Klements. He added that Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International has completed over 500 transactions for clients throughout North America that were outside of the Cleveland area.

Riley moved to Pittsburgh last year and has had an integral role in completing multiple deals in Pennsylvania including a 40,000-square-foot office headquarters lease transaction in King of Prussia on behalf of CardConnect, which has their financial center located south of Pittsburgh in the South Pointe business park. Additionally, he is working with Penn Cove Management on the redevelopment of an 18,000-square-foot retail/office building in Mt. Lebanon and the 44-acre Cool Springs Golf & Sports Complex in Bethel Park.

He will maintain a Cleveland office and continue to represent his clients in Cleveland. Prior to joining Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International in 2012, Riley was Vice President of the Tenant Advisory

Group for Grubb & Ellis, a national real estate firm. He is an active member of CCIM, CoreNet Global, NAIOP, Urban Land Institute and a board member of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland. Kevin received his degree from John Carroll University and a certificate in Urban Real Estate Development and Finance from Cleveland State University.

Pittsburgh is the third Pennsylvania location for CORFAC International. Arlington Group Real Estate/CORFAC International, with a Philadelphia office, affiliated last year. The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International has had a presence in Lehigh Valley for years.
